SMOKIN' HOT MOMMAS - WHY IT'S HOT!
SMOKIN' HOT MOMMAS is an exercise group I started because I was tired of being fat and frumpy! HOT MOMMAS is all about fitness, friends, and fighting the FLAB! Our TOTAL FITNESS program is a monthly competition based on a point system. You receive points for everything from eating your veggies to having a planned family night. It's a fight against the FLAB, and we are going to come away SMOKIN'! I love it and you will too!
Very funny "motivational" video!
