Sept Wk 2 Hot Mommas!

A long time ago when I first started this group (okay it was just in March), but a long time ago I sent out an email about a certain article of clothing that I own. I tried to find the email but was unsuccessful. So here is how I remember it going-

"So I was getting out my workout clothes and my husband looked over and noticed what I was doing and said "Oh my goodness! Whose are those and why do you have them?" I looked down to see what he was talking about and noticed he was looking at my underwear. So I say through gritted teeth "They are MINE and, yes, they fit!" Then came the moment we all know, dread, and yet sometimes experience. The "WOW Moment". My husband just looked with wide eyes and said "WWWWWOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW.". The kind of "WOW" that lasts a full breath and eye roll and makes a complete circle before it is finished."

Well at the end of the email I dedicated all of that week's workouts to all of our "WOW Moments" they usually include laundry days when we see the size of the butt of our pants, or when we see our pictures and wonder what happened to our "good side", or when we sit Indian style (sorry Native Americans) and catch a glimpse of how much gooshiness is hanging out the sides of our butts (are butts supposed to have side?). I hate "WOW Moments"; they are painful to experience, however, necessary for growth. (Did that just sound like a Sunday lesson?)

Anyway, I bring all of this up for a good reason. I HAVE NOW TRADED THAT "WOW" UNDERWEAR FOR A SMALLER SIZE!!!

YEAH!!

I having been wearing them for quite a while because I was too cheap or forgetful about buying a new size but the whole "don't get your panties in a wad" saying was just coming true for me too much.

Sorry, about all this talk about underwear, but do you know, do you understand, do you completely comprehend what I am saying here!! MY butt really is getting smaller!! AND THAT, is something to scream from the roof tops!!

Now when I am dressed in my workout clothes I get a different kind of "WOW Moment" from my husband, the good kind of "WOW" - the REALLY good kind!! The 'my wife is freakin' awesome' kind! (Sorry Mom that I said freakin' - oh- I just did it again.) Strive for those good "WOW"s!

Don't play clean up crew!

Don't give up on yourself if you have one small slip up!

Don't forget your goal!

How bad do you want it? Do you want it bad enough to give yourself an hour a day??

Have a great week! BURN AND EARN LADIES!

Check out the Bonus Challenge in the side bar!

toe touches,
bonnie

Can there be an alternative exercise to the jumping jacks for this week's bonus points (for the breastfeeding moms)? I get clogged milk ducts from doing "bouncy" stuff.

Yes. You can do 65 lunges - each leg. Enjoy!

Ok, this no sugar point is never going to win out. I'd rather eat half much sandwich at lunch so I can get that yummy homemade chocolate chip cookie at the end. I need a shot of desire right in my left buttox before I'm going to earn that point! I think you should erase it! (Scribble, scribble!)

Hey Bonnie!
I'm not a "blogger" myself but always good to hear from you (also nice to hear about Haley's clogged milk ducts). Tell Aaron I said hello.
